All I know is of that 4 hour cut, 80% of it will be new footage including stuff like the Joker/Batman stuff he shot recently. I’m just happy he gets to end it in his terms. Watchmen is one of my favorite movies ever of his and that extended cut of that film only made it better. I think he works better in this long form so at the very least it’ll be in his wheelhouse.

I'm really loving WandaVision. I came into it with zero knowledge of any of the backstory of any of the main characters, so it's been fun to learn these little tidbits as it goes along. The last episode especially was so damn good.

That commercial in the last one was messed up. I think it’s implying the people under her control aren’t eating! I remember a few episodes back someone sat down to eat and said they were starving. Such a dark show!

Yea, Wanda has certainly gone off the deep end and doesnt seem to care or understand the consequences of what she is doing. I feel bad for Vision too because now he is starting to piece things together.

I wonder how he’s not under her control? Considering the events of Infinity War and all.

I think its one of two things and either can be true i believe.

    A) He isnt human or even close to anything resembling something that Wanda can control.

    B) Wanda respects him too much to actually go that route with him.

I would probably lean to the first option because of what happened in the last episode where she herself could not locate Vision but the one son could.

Yeah but wasn’t he a product of the mind stone? That’s what made him sentient? I wonder if she was able to remake it somehow?

I only caught bits and pieces, but it seems she's gone full redhead.

    Never go full redhead.

One thing I will add about Wandavision, the Mandalorian, The Boys, and some other shows is that THANK GOD they brought back meaning and appointment TV by only releasing episodes one at a time. It gives you something to look forward to in the pandemic, and keeps you guessing and not having to avoid spoilers. Though I do wonder how many people just wait until all the episodes are released and just binge it lol

I have never been a big binger, so this works out great for me.

If a certain character appears in Wandavision in the next two episodes, then I have a story to tell about my two degrees of separation from the creator of said character. I'm being vague because it's a spoiler.

Hey! Early reviews are good for Snyder's Justice League. STOP THE COUNT!: https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/zac...justice_league

Almost 80%! The original Joss Whedon version in 2017 stalled at 40% so by MY public school math this will be twice as good! lol

These reviews touch on why I always liked what he was going for, even if he never quite stuck the landing:

If there's more to come Zack Snyder should be at the front of the universe so long as he wants to, as somewhere buried in all the excess here is a satisfyingly darker breed of superhero tales that's perfect counterprogramming to Marvel's family fun

    -Robert Kojder, Flickering Myth
And this is what I've always loved about Snyder movies, both good and bad:

“It owes as much to rock concerts, video games, and multimedia installations as it does to commercial narrative filmmaking. It's maddening. It's monumental. It's art.”

Really looking forward to downing a few IPAs and checking this out Friday night after I get my stupid toddler to bed! I mean... my loving little girl. (I kid! I kid!)

This and Big Monkey vs Big Lizard are making for some fun upcoming movies to check out!
