    Guy in picture turned himself into police.

    Can't rule out terrorism and this being target of opportunity. The fact police were targeted make that unlikely, but it's possible.

    Yes, and earlier I heard quite a few protesters were carrying rifles.

    Fox has similar video. This is a man with a rifle shooting someone, but can't tell who was shot, presumably a police officer, but you can't tell.

    Fox reported earlier that one citizen was a shot. I wonder if that was that civilian.

    It was the local TV feed with a retired policeman speaking with a reporter. They didn't know.

    I saw it. I was just mentioning it was previously reported one civilian was shot.
