Default Orlando acquires Serge Ibaka in multiplayer swap with OKC

The Orlando Magic acquired forward Serge Ibaka in a multiplayer trade Thursday night with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The Thunder received guard Victor Oladipo, forward Ersan Ilyasova and the rights to power forward Domantas Sabonis, who was taken with the 11th pick in the NBA draft on Thursday night.

The Vertical first reported the deal. The teams later announced it as official.

I think they're trying to appease Durant.

    Of course they are.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

Based on what Durant has said in the past, I'd be shocked if he left OKC.

    Stranger things have happened though.

It's going to be quite the bidding war, possibly the Thunder, Lakers, Warriors, Celtics, Wizards, Knicks, Mavs, Rockets, Heat, Spurs have all been rumored in some fashion to be interested.

I think the only two teams that have a shot at him are the Thunder and the Warriors.

Durant's not going anywhere this season. He'll sign a one-year deal with the Thunder. It costs him too much money to do ANYTHING else.

Next year. .. I'll be nervous.

    KD is the OKC Thunder.

I will be very sad if he leaves before he gets a ring with us.

Sabonis will probably go a long way to fill the void left by Ibaka. I think he'll eventually be a better player, maybe even a 20-10 guy.

He does have a point, being a Nugget is like being a Cleveland Brownie.

Don't be mad, Joe, no one wants to be a Celtic either.
