He lost as soon as he started doing those stupid gimmicks in response to the other stupid gimmicks.

So the gimmicks were stupid? Define stupid.

Not protecting yourself in a fight to showboat. That's what I am referencing. Why is is it, or unintelligent? Because it lowers your chances to win, i.e. the point of the fight.

And yes, I get it that I'm saying in in a thread about Ali, and I love Ali. And I don't have an issue with it from a 'moral' or principle standpoint.

He did, and it surprised me. I was thrilled to see Garbrandt dominate that fight.

I drove 375 miles north and watched it at my brother in laws house in Couer d'Lane

Thought about this at the time, but cannot dismiss the psychological aspect. From a results perspective, it was good fighting...plus .... . style

That ish was humorous man. And Cody's composure was impeccable.

I forget who lives in Denver. You going to ring in the New Year with your brother up in Post Falls country?

Yeah, a lot of our family lives up north. We'll be in CDA. I live in the Boise metro area.

I'd love to watch a fight with you sometime.

There's an interesting fight card in Denver tonight. The prelims are on Foxsports and last for another hour or so. The main card has four worth while fights on it. The co-main even features Cowboy Cerrone, a Colorado native.
