    Default Bralon Addison WR Oregon

    http://www.milehighreport.com/2016/5...kubiak-offense

I am going to call it now and say this fellow is going to make the team at the very least as our new explosive punt and kick returner. I watched this guy for the last several years, and he reminds me of Emmanuel Sanders. Tough, quick, dependable. He fell out of the draft because of a knee injury that drastically slowed his 40 time, but I feel like he has great football speed and can get faster with time. Video highlights in the link.

Agreed. I follow Oregon. I think he has a real chance.

I would like for Denver to get someone more explosive in the punt return game. Norwood is sure handed but he's not explosive. I didn't watch about have of the high light film but from what I did watch I only saw punt returns.

I know it was all highlights, but the kid seems like a gamer. Great vision on his kick returns as well.

I was touting Addison as a late-round choice during the lead-up for the draft.

He is more quick than fast and changes directions well. I was particularly impressed with how he set up blockers rather than just trying to outrun everyone.

He has more fight than you'd expect, not going down on first contact. He's got good but not great hands. He doesn't show top straight-line speed and I expect he'll get caught from behind in the NFL more than in this highlight package. He's shifty and will make people miss but he may not have the jets to consistently take it to the house like Trindon Holliday.

But that's okay. Give me a return man who won't lose the ball and makes plus yardage and I'm okay with that. Did a little too much dancing at times on his returns and, in the NFL, you'll get burned doing that. Just get upfield and if you make moves and change directions, do it while still moving forward instead of giving up ground or running laterally.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

The key to punt returning is being able to make the first guy miss. Holiday was good unfortunately he had ball security issues.

The Broncos PR should be Brandon Boykin.

Btw I think Adison is Big Al's cousin.

What's his competition? Cody Latimer? Then I'd say he does have a chance.

Your persistence is admirable; like a dog on a bone.
