Default Which teams will draft which QBs in 2016?

Hey all, people do mock drafts and all of that and I think that takes a shit ton of work. What I propose, since it is a specific need of our Denver Broncos, lets do something a bit simpler.

Lets take a gander at which teams will draft which QBs and in which rounds.

    Here is my thought:

The Browns Pass on Wentz and go best player and draft Ramsey...

    SF takes Wentz

    Rams take Goff

If NYJ does not get Fitz to resign, they may take Cook or Paxton Lynch.

If Paxton Lynch is available, I think AZ takes Lynch

I also expect Dallas to move back into the 2nd to take Prescott before Denver's pick (a precaution)

Denver lands Hackenberg with one of their 3rd rounders

P.S. If NYJ doesn't take Cook, I do not think AZ does and Cook falls out of the first 3 rounds

    GO!

    Round 1
    PICK OVERALL TEAM
    1 1 Tennessee
    2 2 Cleveland
    3 3 San Diego
    4 4 Dallas
    5 5 Jacksonville
    6 6 Baltimore
    7 7 San Francisco
    8 8 Philadelphia from Miami
    9 9 Tampa Bay
    10 10 New York Giants
    11 11 Chicago
    12 12 New Orleans
    13 13 Miami from Philadelphia
    14 14 Oakland
    15 15 Los Angeles
    16 16 Detroit
    17 17 Atlanta
    18 18 Indianapolis
    19 19 Buffalo
    20 20 New York Jets
    21 21 Washington
    22 22 Houston
    23 23 Minnesota
    24 24 Cincinnati
    25 25 Pittsburgh
    26 26 Seattle
    27 27 Green Bay
    28 28 Kansas City
    29 29 Arizona
    30 30 Carolina
    31 31 Denver

Without a list of all the teams it is hard to say for certain.

Arizona is definitely going to take a QB, early, I am confident.
KC- they will be looking hard as well. I will be upset if they take Hogan or Hackenberg, thats who I want us to take.
This, I def agree with this all the way.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

If we want Hogan, we should have ample opportunities to take him. But if someone nabs him before the 5th round...they can have him.

I added the first 1st round so you can get the gist of what the first few rounds should resemble.

All reports I have read say Goffs draft stock is climbing and so is Lynch. Guess Denver is going to get hosed because everyone else out of the big 3 are kinda just meh.

At that point, hopefully we can just pick up Fitzpatrick. With him on this team I think we can actually still be a real threat come January.

Realistically Goff, Wentz, Cook, and Lynch will be gone before Denver gets to draft. I wouldnt be sold on the Browns passing up on a prospect with a pick as high as they have since RGIII is an unknown for them. I really dont think they are going to put all their eggs into that particular basket.

Yeah, I am thinking even hackenberg will be gone by the time we have our second round pick.

Maybe he could try to board a plane with a loaded six shooter. That might be viewed favorably if he is a redneck

But weren't all of these QBs considered "Projects" to begin with? As in Not First Year Starters? For that reason alone I don't think the Browns will spend their high pick on someone who needs a season to ride the pine when they can draft a day one starter in Ramsey. The Browns are rebuilding. They lost a lot of their starters because they are rebuilding.

These high top picks are usually spent on QBs that could be day one starters (Luck, RGIII (at the time), Cam Newton). The media is hyping these guys up so much, they are now being viewed and treated as if they are just that same crop of QBs (Lucks).

They have the benefit of not having to start a guy from day one and letting him sit behind RGIII for a season or two. Honestly, I dont think any of the QB's in this draft are ready to go right away.

They could do with Wentz what the Titans did with Mariot; keep it vanilla.

Definitely possible...but if I were a Browns fan, I'd prefer that RGIII be the sacrificial lamb behind what the OL is going to look like this year.
