In mocks, I've seen Lynch go as high as San Francisco at #7.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.
I think SF & Cleve pass on Lynch. He'll likely go to NYJ and if not them, definitely AZ. Either way, not a viable option for us at 31 and I don't think it's worth trading up for him. All these mediocre QBs in this draft have gotten so much hype (ALL are said to need a season or two to sit and learn, which does not make any of them worth a top 10 pick and surely not worth trading up for from the 31st pick).
Analytics is how you draft Josh Gordon and Johnny Manzeil.

Lynch might have the highest upside of any QB in the draft and if a team could stash him away for 2 years, the rewards could be significant. But most teams drafting in the top 10 typically fail to do that and it blows up.
Man, while that makes perfect sense, I just can't fathom drafting someone that high only to stash him away for that long in hopes that he'll be great in the long run. Makes me wonder how much animosity might build for the current QBs and older players who are trying to win now. Just a hard pill to swallow I guess.
