    Default Broncos Colors

I've been purchasing Broncos hats over the last couple of years. It just occurred to me that many of them are dark grey, orange and blue. Any chance this will be the new team colors? If so, I like it.

I have to say as much as I love orange in the stands, I prefer the blue, greys and even a partial camo hat (Arkansas boy and such) for wearing out and around.

I've noticed a lot of teams selling that colour style. Must be some sort of fashion thing I'm too old for lol

I don't think anything is changing.

Let's hope not; Peyton and some of the others were sporting gray caps on the field after the SB, and they looked pretty blah to me. I like the dark blue, and the bright orange makes a pleasant contrast/complement. Save black and white for Jimmy Cagney movies.

That hat was the official SB hat. Everyone was wearing one.

Grey is just a neutral color that looks good with EVERY team's colors in the NFL. So clothing manufactures can produce a lot of the same 'hoodie'...and just switch out the logo...and it all matches. Same with hats, t-shirts, sweat-shirts, and socks. Everything goes with grey.

Personally, I don't think the grey looks good at all....especially compared to the dark blues, orange, and white.

But camouflage? That's just on another level of yuck.

It's a little better than the Superbowl 32 with the life preserver on it so at least there's that.

Every team has been using various grey colors. What happens is you have some teams with hideous colors like the Lakers but have a huge fan base and they want to be able to wear their gear out alot more. You can't exactly wear a purple or yellow hat with everything so when they incorporate greys into the team colors it then neutralizes it a bit. In the end, I believe they are selling more apparel because of that.

The SB hat is only meant to be worn purely to troll other fans or actually displayed in your man cave. I ordered it minutes after we won but have only wore it once or twice.

The Tshirt however, I will wear alot more.
