I know it's fun to do mock drafts, but why in the world would Denver draft an OLB at 32?
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

BPA, I zero choice at T but had considered Ezekiel Elliot. Uga used Floyd a lot inside this season, fwiw, and I'm not looking forward to life without Ware. Barrett is a nice backup.

Ya'll are just trolling me now, right? I suspected when Jadeds first mock ever had NO offensive linemen till the end of the 4th (where we don't actually HAVE a pick: We traded it to Baltimore.) But spending our 1st and 2nd round picks on the same spots we took with our last PAIR of 1st rounders was the clincher.

Best Punter "Available" FTW. Only way a team ever has a shot at the Best Player AVAILABLE is to have a top ten pick; otherwise it's Best Player LEFT. At #31, for us.

Oh, valid point. I thought you meant all starters, you should take the time to be more descriptive, don't be shy. Jaded

You got one year of Ware left and when he's gone you only have two starters at OLB, Floyd needs a year to get stronger, giving Denver the same 3-man pass rush rotation that was pivotal to their WORLD Championship. I consider Barrett to be a nice backup who, I believe, is a RFA next offseason.

I don't need to start a thread to troll you Joel, and like I said, in this draft the OT's were taken. I want nothing more than a LT or three but Spriggs, Ifedi and LeRaven were gone at 31. If you want to waste your mock with T-Rex Whitehair go for it.

As for Denver's other needs, I think Butler and Jones speak Volumes as why why I didn't take a DL at 31.

I think drafting kickers is fools gold. Who was that punter we drafted a few years ago who was cut a year later - some guy from California I think?

Drafting an OLB isn't the worst idea ever, this could get ugly.

Too bad Floyd will be long gone.

Perhaps you aren't familiar with the word "available".... nor how the draft works?

Joel's wife must hate arguing with him, I bet he never has makeup sex.

Her, "Ooo, Joel, your pedantic obsession with the use of the English language is such a turn on! Do me! Right here on the kitchen table"

Joel, "Um, no! This is called a counter, and it's where I cook my food"
