Default If Robert Nkemdiche Falls to #31....

...do we take him? He's an unquestioned Top 5 talent but with some serious red flags about anger issues. I don't know if he really compares to NDonkeyKong Suhme but the Ole Miss DT is highly disruptive and would give opponent o-lines one more thing to fear coming at their QBs.

With the last pick in the first round, (remember, *NE forfeited theirs in Deflategate) one could say the Broncos are only risking the equivalent of a second rounder and the reward could be very sweet.

Dane Brugler's mock at CBS Sports.com has us taking Nkemdiche so the thought isn't preposterous although you'd expect teams like the Raiders, Ravens and Steelers who love NFL "bad boys" might grab him first.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

He had pot in his room didnt he?

Id say yes, but I doubt the broncos would. From what I remember, if this is the guy, he left the meetings with the teams and scouts at Senior Bowl (or somehwere) very badly.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

He is a junior and hasn't meet with scouts or NFL teams yet. He going to have to convenience teams he got his shit in order off the field. Have strange feeling he going to drop like Ray or Gregory last year. And yes I take him with Ware, Miller, Ward, Harris and Wolfe on this team.

They rush on to the Swedes! They crash into the Swedish riters…. Overwhelm them! They crash into the second regiment - Overwhelmed! Resistance collapses, dissolves, they move forward as easily as if they were parading on a grand boulevard

Didn't he get in trouble twice in a two week period?

It was the same incident. Falling out the window and then the cops finding Mary Jane in the room. Old Miss suspend him after the cops found the drugs

Then he implicates his teammate Laremy Tunsil in a recent new conference by stating "he was in the room also". Now Tunsil, arguably the first overall pick in the draft, has to deal with it as well. Sheesh!

    Hell yes!

I'm stating to love the hippy lettuce.

Even better if he drops all the way to the Broncos 2nd round pick, because they need a LT.

Cannabis has been kind to the Broncos, I can see why Colorado legalized it

In my most recent Fanspeak mock, Nkemidiche fell all the way to pick #40 where he was too good to pass up.

I also wrote Megan at Fanspeak because I could not understand why the Broncos had extra picks beyond the 32nd of some rounds. She said they had contacts who projected the compensation picks and have already added them to the mock. So, Bronco fans, according to their projections, the Broncos will get...

Pick #36 in the third round.
Pick #37 in the fourth round.
Pick #41 in the sixth round and
Pick #41 in the seventh round. YMMV

He is a top 5 talent and the Broncos have a very strong locker room, especially on the defensive side of the ball. If he's there at 31 you run to the podium with the card.

I don't want the Broncos to draft or sign anyone who's name I don't know how to pronounce.
