Thread: Tagging users

Is it possible to tag a user e.g. @valar so that if you refer to them on a thread they get a notification to ensure they are aware you are taking about them or want them to answer or join the conversation?

No idea if that would be worthwhile or achievable, just a thought.

Not that I know of. I mentioned it a couple years ago. I think it was Tned that said there isn't a way to do that. It would be cool though.

I think some trolls would abuse it to keep provoking the thin-skinned.
