Default Chargers Keenan Allen done for the year

However, Allen’s season is now over. Allen suffered a kidney laceration Sunday against the Ravens and spent the night in the hospital. He required a non-surgical procedure to stop the internal bleeding. Allen is expected to make a full recovery, but not in time to play again in 2015, as the Chargers have placed him on injured reserve. Some will bill Allen as “injury-prone,” but this injury along with last year’s broken collarbone are simply hard-luck injuries. Allen recommitted himself this previous offseason and was on pace for a dominant 134-1,450-8 receiving line in the Chargers’ high-powered passing offense. He’ll turn 24 next April and enter the final year of his rookie deal.

One of River's favorite targets out for the rest of the year. Kidney laceration....ouch.

They can't catch a break this year: Their depth chart's LOADED with talent—but so's their injury report. Makes me wonder if McCoy's going to go Kubiaks route: "You went 2-14 fresh off two playoff berths with a STACKED team (and everyone on IR) so hit the bricks, ya bum!" Almost feel bad for Rivers; he's completing just about every pass, for gobs of yards, loads of TDs, few Ints and a season PR of 102.1, but it... just... doesn't... MATTER! I look forward to playing them twice, but wish them all healthy recoveries.
Oh, valid point. I thought you meant all starters, you should take the time to be more descriptive, don't be shy. Jaded

Keenan Allen is one of the best receivers in the league. I hope rivers gets the record for yards but loses to denver. Losing his best receiver aint going to help

I don't want him to beat Manning's record but for God's sake he better finish better than Brady.
