I have nothing but love for Karl and was happy when he got the Sacramento job, and think it's borderline criminal how Boogie Cousins' entitled ass and their BS franchise scapegoated him from the start.

Cousins has carried that guy. If you can't get along with stars you can't coach in the NBA. Karl can't coach in the NBA anymore.

mike malone is the only coach he's liked-- which makes it even more ridiculous that sacto fired him, but that's their problem. . . carl has had problems getting along with stars his whole career as well, though-- he has just as much of a reputation for it as boogie does, and it's highly likely that they're both to blame. . .

Karl is old school - he has his flaws for sure - but Boogie is a cancer whose production doesn't make his team better. He is the problem (along with worthless management, of course).

I figured some would pile on Coach Karl, after this was announced - however, in the past NINE years, Sacramento has had EIGHT different coaches. IMO, they are a dysfunctional organization, and I can not see why anyone would want to coach there.

The Kings being shit doesn't really excuse Karl from being shit. The game's past him up and there's not much left for him.

Mo, help me figure out who that guy on the far left is. I can recognize Fat Lever, Bill Hanzlik, Coach Moe, who I believe to be Blair Rasmussen, Alex English and TR Dunn.

I can tell when you're just trolling, because you don't substantiate your claims the same way you do when you actually believe something.

That said, you're not totally wrong. I think calling guys out in the media is sort of an outdated way of trying to motivate your guys. But the Kings are an absolute mess - their GM is clueless, their owner is clueless, and they have the biggest head case star in the league. They ain't goin nowhere - and if they were smart they'd hire a new GM, trade boogie, and hit the reset button.

Do you guys remember when Moe used to have Hanzlik post up Ralph Sampson?

I'd have to look at the roster to figure out who the guy on the far left is. That's not Blair Rasmussen next to Moe, it's an assistant coach. He's not tall enough to be Rasmussen.
