Even though the rule EXPLICITLY MANDATES a 15 yd penalty (which he didn't get against Detroit NOR KC) but NOT a fine (which he did get the second time, yet not the first.)
Okay, the scabs were bad enough to get (NFL) refs full time professional pay and benefits for their part time hobby: Is it too much to ask they start showing professional CONSISTENCY? It often looks like the NFLs idea of "impartial fairness" still boils down to "blow one down here, blow one down there."

He should never have been fined though, because there's nothing in th rule about that, and it's not like he clotheslined a guy or (far worse) called him a naughty word. I don't even care what the rule IS, only that it should be clear and consistently enforced, so players always know what is/n't allowed, rather than every player doing whatever he wants because refs flag (or not) whatever THEY want, notwithstanding rules.
