All things considered if Manning retires this year and the Saints cut Brees as a cap casualty and he's available would you want him?

No.

I like Brees alot...but I think we have to see what we have in Brock. Or trade Brock now and go all in for Goff from Cal State. It's time we found that young franchise QB.
But I think Brock will be ready. He looked damn good this preseason.

I'd rather not go from one aging QB to another. Plus I think Brees will fall off faster than Manning has. I would have wanted Rivers if that situation had turned out differently but I'd personally say no to Brees.
Yeah, as awesome as it's been to have Manning, I do not want to keep jumping from one old QB to another. i would much prefer we actually groom a young player to be our QB of the future.
Have to start looking for the future. There is a lot of young talent for a QB like Brock to grow with, no need to keep going from old man to old man.
As much as I'd personally love to see Drew as QB of the Broncos we have to see what we have in Brock. If Brock can be the QB of the future for us then I would rather have Brock as he won't be ready to retire in just a few years, hopefully.
Not sure we could afford him. Some team would, and should, pay a lot for him.
Nah, after Manning, I would like to see what a young qb can do. Playing Qb carousel every 3-4 years gets tiring. Need a long term answer at the position.
I can't adequately express how much I hate the idea of acquiring an old QB with a declining skill set and his own set of physical limitations. I'd literally rather sign any able bodied QB off the streets who at least has full upside. I'd rather trade for Jay Cutler.
I guess I'm in the minority. I would love it. Brees doesn't have the physical limitations that Manning does. We could waste a talented defense on a QB that never pans out then fall into limbo as a mediocre team because we can't find a franchise QB.
