I've been on the Bibbs bandwagon, mostly because a guy who plays one year of "real" college ball and logs 1700+ yards and keeps company with Barry Sanders on single-season touchdowns might have a spark of greatness in him. He still hasn't done anything to dissuade me of that notion. It took Hillman a few years after college to get it and start producing and hitting holes like he does now. Maybe Bibbs is just Tatum Bell, but Tatum was decent for a minute.

I would take Bibbs over Ball right now because Ball only gets what's there (and sometimes not even that). Bibbs in the open field is a weapon in ways that Ball never will be; witness that depressing attempt a juke that Montee did. Should Bibbs be getting carries over Hillman and CJ? No. If Hillman or CJ go down would I rather have Bibbs around to keep the running game intact instead of Ball?

You betcha. Makes me sad for Ball, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

In one season. Every season after that was irrelevant. He had a great rookie year and played in all 16 games. After that injuries and inconsistency ended his career. I look at a body of work when you compare players, not "hey, this kid could be like that one season that other player had".

I can understand cutting Ball but cutting Latimer isn't going to happen. It can two to three years for a receiver to develop.

Yes you do need to get off couch and stop being lazy.

Broncos should have drafted Lacy over M. Ball.

I dont blame you for that and I agree but I think you are starting to delve off path. I only mentioned Slaton as having a few good seasons. Not that he was a great player. Just two good seasons. Which he did. Also, Slaton is only relevant because I believe Bibbs can be like a slaton. When Slaton was healthy and not hurt he did pretty ok. We cannot predict that the same injury woes will apply to bibbs, IF bibbs even makes the squad. If he does, I hope he does, I suspect he will produce like Slaton did when healthy. Is a 1500+ yard season and 13+ tds in bibbs future here? More than likely not even close, but a player who can chew up 4.9 YPC is someone I want on my team. Someone who has the potential to fill in should the shit hit the fan.....Last thing I want to see is what happened to us when Knowshon went down and ronnie hillman had to run against the ravens and couldnt do it.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

I think he is being facetious.

Bills look like they made all their cuts already. The guy who punched Geno Smith got cut.

Youre right. We should have. It's all John Foxes fault. We should have never hired Fox, we should have hired Harbaugh. ..
