I dont blame you for that and I agree but I think you are starting to delve off path. I only mentioned Slaton as having a few good seasons. Not that he was a great player. Just two good seasons. Which he did. Also, Slaton is only relevant because I believe Bibbs can be like a slaton. When Slaton was healthy and not hurt he did pretty ok. We cannot predict that the same injury woes will apply to bibbs, IF bibbs even makes the squad. If he does, I hope he does, I suspect he will produce like Slaton did when healthy. Is a 1500+ yard season and 13+ tds in bibbs future here? More than likely not even close, but a player who can chew up 4.9 YPC is someone I want on my team. Someone who has the potential to fill in should the shit hit the fan.....Last thing I want to see is what happened to us when Knowshon went down and ronnie hillman had to run against the ravens and couldnt do it.
The Plan at the moment:
Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).
Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
