But what happens to them after that, once they’re inside Canada?

On a weekend morning, our reporter found a group of men standing outside a drab YMCA hostel in downtown Montreal, smoking cigarettes and enjoying the warm spring sun. This place is part of a system of shelters for refugees coming into Canada from all over the world.

One of the men introduced himself: "My name is Mohammed Ahmed, I am from Pakistan." He said he had spent a year in New Jersey, but was afraid he would be detained and separated from his wife and two children, who are with him now in the shelter.

They estimate we will have at least 10,000 refugees enter Canada from the USA this year.

I didn't really pay attention to it at first but if you watch it, the mic was working fine, that singer planned this. I looked it up and he did the same thing in Nashville as well, good on the crowd for doing it though.
