Hoping there's another shoe to drop there.
You have a great point but on the other hand G as good as Clark was as a pass blocker he was just as a run blocker.

Kubiak says Max Garcia got a bunch of reps at center today. His role remains fluid. Also, E-Sanders could have played. He's fine.

I was hoping Louks would make it. He still has two more cuts to get past but as far being a return man I think he would do just fine.

Return man is his only way onto team imo.

I concur but who knows with a little time maybe he develops into a solid receiver.

I thought this thread was as good as any to put the following:

    Troy Renck ‏@TroyRenck 57m

Gruden said he's "not concerned" w Manning adapting to new offense "I never doubt the sheriff." #broncos

Gruden told me he's impressed w Osweiler. "I forgot how big he was. Has good size. He's making calls at the line. I am excited about him"

    Troy Renck ‏@TroyRenck 1h

ESPN's Jon Gruden said that the CBA and coaching/offensive coordinator carousel in NFL has stunted development of young quarterbacks.

I know it's just the preseason and I know some people scoff at PFF grades, but I thought this was interesting - Shane Ray has the highest cumulative grade for any of this year's first round picks so far:

Denver Broncos: Shane Ray, DE (PFF Grade: +6.2)

Ray has been a force throughout preseason, and is a little unlucky that second-year teammate Shaquil Barrett is stealing his thunder and doing even better. Ray has a sack in each of his last two games and has graded positively against both the run and pass in each preseason outing. He will have to fight for playing time during the season, but could have a real impact as a situational option.

These statements no longer make me think he's getting stronger since his surgeries.

Great. He has great "zip" now. I'm not holding my breathe, based on the past three seasons, that he will maintain the same "zip" through December/January.

These posts have been running through my mind the last couple of weeks since the season opener. Finally had a chance to go back and pull them up.

Anyone still believe Manning has more zip on his passes than last season?
