Having actually worked with medical insurance companies the onus is on Jason's medical insurance. Whoever leaked the information is in trouble big time.

Seems that Adam took a picture of a computer screen. I think he crossed the line in posting this, despite him not being "Hippa responsible." It's pretty shoddy reporting, and Adam should know better than this stuff.

Pretty tacky on Adam's part but the onus is still with the person who either A) showed him the screen to take the picture with, or B) somebody did not lock the computer down and left the information up visible to anyone. I can guarantee in either scenario the person who's computer that was will be fired and probably fined. When you work in health insurance you take a Hipaa refresher course every year that you have to pass so that you understand the legal ramifications for cases like this.

You can debate the ethical ramifications, but one thing it definitely was not was shoddy reporting.

Schefter only reported the information after seeing a medical report to confirm what he'd been told. That's not shoddy reporting at all.

Paul posted a close up shot on Instagram. Looks like parts of his ring finger and a lot of his thumb got blowed up also.
