    Looks like PED's for Gates:

#Chargers TE Antonio Gates was suspended 4 games for violating the @NfL’s PED policy

I saw this earlier as well:

    Rob Guerrera
    ‏@StatsNBCSports

NFL Network's @AlbertBreer on suspensions in the NFL: "We're not done today. More of these are coming."

And they weren't kidding - Antonio Gates (and Datone Jones) come on down!

Adam Schefter ‏@AdamSchefter 8m8 minutes ago

And, Green Bay's Datone Jones also suspended for first game of season for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse.

Default Antonio Gates suspended 4 games after positive PED test

San Diego Chargers tight end Antonio Gates has been suspended four games for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances.

In a statement, Gates said he did not knowingly take a banned substance, but he acknowledged he did take supplements this offseason and would accept the consequences.

"I take full responsibility for my actions," Gates said. "I'd like to express my sincere apologies to the Chargers, my teammates, coaches, fans and the league who have always supported me and expected and gotten nothing but the highest level of integrity from me."

It looks like Broncos will be leading AFC West in first 4 games.

When have they not? Even in the Shanahan days, they'd always be great in September. It was usually November where the wheels start coming off. You'd honestly think we are a warm-weather team that can't play in the cold.

Hope they quit. Am going to the late season Denver game at the Q and would like nothing more than a stadium full of orange.

If it's PEDs then it might alter his legacy a bit. I presume it's something like HGH because he's an older guy with a lot of mileage on him. Still one helluva player, but he's had more than his fair share of injuries, and larger bodies tend to break down pretty fast in the NFL.

Scariest part of the story is "we're not done".

The Q is always full of Orange. I enjoy reminding San Diego fans that we won a Super Bowl in their stadium.

I took him over gates last year with expectations. I was severely let down. He now gets the chance to redeem himself.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell
