Pippen sucked! He was a hanger on to the best player in the league and couldnt do anything without him. Hard to take a guy that pulled himself in the playoffs serious, he was no leader and no superstar.

Iirc Pippen wanted the ball in crunch time of that PO game and handled it wrong when he didn't get his way, childish, LaBron on the other hand would have no problem with someone taking the last shot.

The Bulls had a horrible management system then, and now for that matter, to the point that Jordan referred to them as the help. They consistently tried to bolster Tony Kucoach or however you spell his name. It was mind boggling. Pippen was the best player on that team after Jordan, he always way, and was easily superior to Tony K. I mean it's not even close.

So yes, he had a bad moment. But if that's what you take away from his career then you really need to rewatch old Bulls games.

LBJ might pass the ball in that situation, or not throw a tantrum, but he will have no problem taking authority away from his coach and diminishing him.

Sounds like Pippen and Jordan shared the same personality

I like LeBron, I like ripping on him too, had no problems with him going to Miami. But his act this season was hard to watch, he seemed to go out of his way to make sure everybody watching knew that he had zero respect for his coaches.
