I know all the words in that post, but the appearance of the first few are very confusing.

I find all their stuff very "samey" - Dave Grohl is a cool dude and some of his tunes are catchy enough - but they lack the riffs of Josh Homme, the vocals of Mark Lanegan or the Cobain factor.

I just like all the other artists he has collaborated with over the years more than the foo's.

I don't like them. I think their music all sounds the same-ish. It's boring to me.

They have a handful of ok tracks, mostly early on.

However they're capable of true drivel. Worst of them all, "Best of You" stands out to me as one of the worst things ice ever heard, along with "Walking on Sunshine", "We Built This City", "Taking Care of Business" and a handful of other legendarily terrible songs that make me want to injure myself when I hear them.

Hard to fault Grohl the guy though. Seems like a really good dude where you'd really expect a complete douchecanoe.
