i can sort of see an argument for that, but i think the security benefits may be a distant second to the profit in the eyes of the NFL!

After the Boston Marathon bombing they want to be able to see into the bags. I get it.

    Oh, is it that recent?

Also, that example makes this policy seem reasonable lol

A couple weeks after the bombing at the Boston marathon I went to a Loyola graduation in the Superdome and the woman in front of us took a big ass stock pot and spoon out of her bag and started banging on it when her son walked across. I mean, good on your kid, but really? A big ass pot? Who the **** let you through security with that? I felt like I was surrounded by idiots with no thoughts about personal security. Then again, I feel like that a lot. Am I the only one constantly assessing every situation and location for possible threats? Everytime I walk in somewhere I take a mental note of exits, escape routes, who's around me, etc. Am I crazy? Lol

You are not crazy, you are just Jason Bourne.

But I do know what you mean.

I have a mental image of that lady being large and black. Possibly with some kind of weird head dress and perhaps a Haitian heritage

As a tourist, can I walk into a shooting range in Denver and start blasting targets?

Thinking about going on the Friday morning/afternoon if I can

No, not without proof of citizenship. Of course, if you were in Idaho I would just take you 30 minutes from the city and let you shoot my guns, after a discussion on gun safety.

You're Scottish Dave. Giving you a gun would be like reminding a bird it knows how to fly.
