So him coming out may have less to do with him being brave as it is to him surrendering to the fact that no one is willing to let him have any secrets. All of this may have become common knowledge against his wishes.

Those were mostly written off as rumor and tabloid stuff, as is custom with celebs like Jenner. I would say that most people were unaware.

One of the hazards of being an aspie is my memory is so good that I often retain information that I could careless about. I don't research rumors into people's personal lives, so all I know is that I'd heard something about it & said, "so what." Now that the rumors are confirmed, my response is the same as it always has been. One thing for sure, I'd never disrespect any relative, friend, etc. by outing their personal secrets.
