NO mate not any more.
They take a bit of getting used to, they hurt your calfs until the muscles get used to running on the "front foot" as opposed to heel striking.
You also need to watch your footing as the sole is really thin - but i am running pain free, and feeling strong at the end, so for me, they are working fine.
That trail is quite small - but the whole area that i live/work/run in, is really green and nice. The only problem is the amount of hills - it can be quite brutal sometimes.
I am off tomorrow for a run, thinking about 10miles, but it will depend on how busy i am at work. Will upload some scenic photos.
I ran from my parked car to the grocery store yesterday because it was raining.
I walked half a mile today.
It was awful.
I did a 4 miler today - it took my 36.35 minutes - it was unusually humid here and i just felt like shit the whole way
