Good run, 7:35 pace overall. I'll do some sprints tomorrow and go for 5 miles Wednesday.
Let me know if you ever check Gowen Field in Idaho.

    NO mate not any more.

They take a bit of getting used to, they hurt your calfs until the muscles get used to running on the "front foot" as opposed to heel striking.

You also need to watch your footing as the sole is really thin - but i am running pain free, and feeling strong at the end, so for me, they are working fine.

That trail is quite small - but the whole area that i live/work/run in, is really green and nice. The only problem is the amount of hills - it can be quite brutal sometimes.

I am off tomorrow for a run, thinking about 10miles, but it will depend on how busy i am at work. Will upload some scenic photos.

    10.71 miles - 1 hour 36 mins

It would have been a 12 mile route but a friend I have not seen in years stopped me.

Did you all throw rocks and pretend you were throwing them at the English?

I'm leaving Detroit today. I managed three runs here

I ran from my parked car to the grocery store yesterday because it was raining.

3/10, still high five worthy. His response was 5/10.

Today's run route was a 4.25 mile jaunt past the Texas Ranger's stadium and AT&T Stadium, aka Cowboys shitholr. Nice run route, past a man made river, past Six Flags over Texas, etc. All while wearing my Bronco gear. Good times. Awful dark here at 5am, hell, it's still dark at 6!
