I bought some new running shoes. Nike Lunarglide. I really like them. Laced them up this morning for my first run in a few weeks.

I'll have to go take a look. How's the weight/padding? That's my main question on shoes now as they are coming out with some ultra lightweight shoes that still have significant padding. I love the trend, my knees do as well.

Im used to shoes that are very light and don't have enough support. So these shoes are refreshing. They're very soft feeling. They have different holes for the laces compared to normal shoes. I can also tell how well the shoe absorbs the weight. I researched some articles about certain shoe types and whatnot before settling in these shoes.

The writeup on road runner makes me want to try them. Let me know what you think once you have some miles on them

My doctor looked at my chart thingy and said "at this rate you could still make it through law school, and maybe into your 40's.

King, I'm not a runner, which is obvious to anyone who sees me, but I've found the Couch to 5K app really helpful for getting started.

King train to the maffetone method. Honestly it it's the best way to go from zero to runner and not be in constant pain

I'm drinking a diet coke and eating egg rolls. My start couldn't be slower.
