I'm certainly not saying he'll be suspended a year, or even that the darling (gay) face of football will be suspended at all, but he's looking at some "stiff" punishment.

They're the de facto AFC East champions every year until further notice, the team closest may be Buffalo.

The privacy rights that restrain the government don't apply to your employer, particularly when it comes to your use of company property.

They are employers phones. If they were private, i would agree, but these are team phones.

No the phone was Brady's personal phone, not a phone issued by the Pats. I haven't seen anywhere that Brady refused to turn over a phone that had been issued to him by the Patriots. If I missed that, please provide me with a link to a reputable article stating that information.

What company property? The phone was Brady's personal phone, not a phone issued to him by the Patriots.

They should go Pete Rose and make him ineligible for the Hall of Fame along with a multi-game ban.
