Chazoe, MN has my full support as a person who recognizes when investigations have a pre-determined outcome. You need to back off right now.

    Lol.
*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

MN is my least favorite person on this MB. He had the gall to wish harm upon my family and then call me the most classless poster on the board. He is a hypocrite.

MN is not a violent or mean individual. I do not believe these charges. If MN said anything of the sort I believe they were in jest and not to be taken seriously. Just like McNally's texts in the Wells' report.

So just like Brady you're going to deny, deny, deny and refuse to cooperate?

Anyone who cooperates w/ the NFL's request to hand over their cell phone has a penis less than 3 inches long and is not a real man.

Default Deflategate Report Delivers Pointed Indictment of Tom Brady

For those who felt using the word probable in Wells' report, did not really conclude that Brady knew anything - this article is written by a person who covers sports law

It’s more probable than not that Tom Brady is in deep trouble.

Lawyer Ted Wells’ investigation into Deflategate has concluded that “it is more probable than not” that Patriots locker room attendant Jim McNally and Patriots equipment assistant John Jastremski deliberately released air from footballs after the balls were examined by the referees. The report also concludes that “it is more probable than not” that Brady “was at least generally aware of the inappropriate activities of McNally and Jastremski”.

It may seem that qualifying Brady’s involvement as “more probable than not” isn’t terribly decisive or conclusive. That, however, is not the case. It’s in fact quite the opposite. Wells has delivered a pointed indictment of Brady.

At law, the “probable” language invokes the standard of proof in civil cases, which is met if it is more likely than not that something is true. So based on the evidence as whole, Wells believes that it is likely that Brady, McNally and Jastremski conspired to deflate those footballs.

Carol, thank you for that article. Everyone has heard of probable cause, and the word probable is much stronger in some contexts than these clam chowder eating buffoons would have us believe.

So spikerman, based on your post you would have no problems if your employer demanded that you turn over your personal phone, computer or the information contained on your personal phone or computer, let alone doles out whatever punishment it deems appropriate for what if finds on your personal phone/computer or your refusal to turn over personal phone, computer, or information contained on them? I highly doubt that you or any reasonable person would. If it was a company provided phone or computer that is different, but that is not the case here.
I'm not a good example to use. Because of the nature of my work I have already agreed to turn over my electronics to my employer at their request. If Tom Brady does not want to comply with the NFL's rules he's more than welcome to leave the organization.

He absolutely did do exactly as I have claimed. I used to enjoy trolling him about your beloved Patriots then he went extremely personal with it.

This has been out for awhile now but don't expect Patriots fans grasp it.

IF Brady did NOT do anything wrong, WHY would he NOT comply with the request?????? I don't know about any one else, but that is more than enough to convince me he was involved.
