Whoever is doing his PR or advising him has done a horrible job. I get leaving Chicago when the news came out, but after that, it all fell apart. Then the ultimatum.

Someone should have advised him to not sign with anyone when he gets drafted, and go in next year. This is a business on both sides. Players are trying to get their money, Owners are trying make money. His mouth has closed some possible opportunities.

It's also sad that he left Thursday to try to clear his name, but the cops don't want to talk to him until Monday.

If I was GM I would have done samething. I wouldn't draft a player knowing he's going slap me and the organization I represent in the face by not signing his contract just so he can reenter the draft the following year.


I don't think his agent should of advised to do this. It was foolish.
