Lawrence Taylor Jr., the son of the former NFL great Lawrence Taylor, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for statutory rape and child molestation.


The 33-year-old admitted he’d likely be found guilty of sexually assaulting two 13-year-old girls between 2012 and 2013.


Taylor took a plea on Monday, the day he was set to go to trial in Cobb County, Ga.


Judge Mary Staley sentenced him to 10 years behind bars with another 20 years of probation when he’s released.

I knew of LT's drug use, did he have issues with sexual offenses as well? I cant remember.

He got in trouble in the last decade for having sex with a 17 year old prostitute....but apparently it's legal to have sex with someone who's 17 in NY, so he just got hit with a solicitation charge.

Correction:

The article states he was charged with solicitation from a minor. So, soon his son will join him on the registered sex offenders list.
