You carry a heavy load...and while that is impressive...you're the one who picked that shit up in the first place!

Just because it's hard, doesn't mean I'm not on the right side of history

You just literally admitted that you aren't right.

You know that I know and yet you know that I know and you do it anyway. There is only one way to defeat you!

That is to ignore you. BUt you tell me to ignore shit all the time. No matter what I do you win.

    Val is the new stylegod.

He beat me straight up for it.

    I AM RELEASED!

I often tell clients, **** happy, aspire for content.

It's more realistic and stops the insatiable urge for the next level of so called happiness

I actually use the words **** happiness. It usually raises a few eye brows!!

If you stop chasing happiness the best you can be is content. Happiness is attainable on the macro, Val. I believe that.

I might be cranky on a given day, but if I look at the big picture, sure I'm happy where I am. But it's about being happy about where you're going, too.

But for some of the people I work with, content is a considerable success!

Actually, is that not exactly what a spectrum is?

The spectrum exists for individuals. Individuals are different. So, I believe the spectrum is different because the ranges of people are different as well. The range is either the spectrum, or a big part of it.

    So, actually...I'm not sure.

I think a spectrum is a term used to describe a bunch of unique people all displaying similar but not identical behaviours based obviously their experiences and history... Therefore hard to categorize bespoke traits, especially when they often over lap......... So it is a non descript catch all term.....
