I could put you up dave, the problem is I usually have to travel in the fall and dont know until rather last minute. Which means you cant really count on it for sure. Its why Ive missed the last couple tailgates. So id recommend having a backup in mind in case I do have to skip town.

Lol, once we decide what game - I am going to speak nicely to the wife - book the flight and deal with the rest at a later date, but I doubt those flights will stay that price for long - so that is the main priority

The first one is out of the way to the north, and the other is out of the way to the east... Both could work if you rent a car. You're better off staying downtown - BDB and Tned and Spike and some of the others who travel in for a game every year could probably give you a better recommendation.

Stay at the Valley Hi Hotel Dave. Great price, great location, and a multicultural experience.

That or look in the DTC (Denver Tech Center)....There is a light rail that runs nearby and goes directly to the stadium- approx a 35 minute ride...

That one - is close to downtown denver and Mile High - that could be walked there an back - or does it involve walking through some undesirable places?

I dont know what one is - but if its good enough for you its good enough for me

there is also a half marathon in Boulder the day of the vikings game - i could take in some scenery before getting outrageously drunk, murdering a hooker, getting involved with some gangs, watching a broncos game, getting arrested and finally deported

49th is nowhere within walking distance to Mile High. Not even close.

16th street mall is about 1 mile from the stadium.



If you want to see someone killed stay at the "Essex Hotel" off santa fe. The FBI were there a week or two ago and they had a fun shootout with some bank robber. The Pronghorn bandit or something....what a stupid nickname.
