I think when we were kids, they had sunday afternoon Kung fu flix. Any movie where the words didn't match their mouths is a good one to watch.

The thing is that I never knew the name of the movies, I just new that the fighting was always good.

If someone can name the movie where the dude would give people the death touch and the do do do sound effect, I would be greatly appreciative.

Pretty long list there. I'll have a look for some of one's I haven't seen.
Btw going back the early eighties kungfu theatre on channel 5 (or was it 11?) It was all about Master of the Flying Guillotine. Classic Hong Kong production

Just notice the omission of Game of Death. One of Bruce Lee's best.

Not sure exactly but "Five Fingers of Death" appears a lot on the best lists although i have not seen it.

The cool thing is if you are someone who has a Roku in which you use Netflix, HBOGO, etc you can install free apps like the Grindhouse Channel which has a great selection of Kung Fu movies as well as 3-4 other apps dedicated to the genre.

Anything done by Chang Cheh, Ching Siu-tung or Liu Chia-liang is typically a winner. You have some good ones on the list, but I can add a few more...

    36th Chamber of Shaolin
Once Upon A Time in China
    Crippled Avengers
    Drunken Master II
    Legendary Weapons of China
    Martial Club
    Tai Chi Master
    Police Story
    Shaolin Temple

Damn...I guess I could go on and on.

No, can be any film. Some of the films i listed can be considered a little more samurai than kung fu but they go hand in hand for me. Not too mention i left out some Seagal movies that i like but they tend to be a little more shoot em up type of films. Either way, its all good.
