Default LeBron James says college recruiters should lay off his 10-year-old son

You know who’s ridiculously good at basketball? An Ohio kid by the name of LeBron James Jr. This has not escaped the notice of internet enthusiasts who have posted video of his increasingly impressive moves, moves that have college coaches already salivating.

It’s enough to drive even a proud parent like LeBron James Sr. nuts because, and we can’t write this forcefully enough, LeBron James Jr. is 10 years old.

“He’s already got some offers from colleges,” James, who skipped college to turn pro, told reporters Tuesday (via CBS Detroit’s Mike Sullivan). “It’s pretty crazy. It should be a violation. You shouldn’t be recruiting 10-year-old kids.”

Have to agree with lebron on this. Schools should absolutely be banned from contacting kids below high school age. This is the kinda crap that ruins young athletes.
