In one of those 3 posts with the resised pic:
Right Click -> save as
Remember where you saved it
When you go to the user cp to change your avatar, use Option 2 to upload it from your PC.

So what is the first line for in the avatar part, if you have to save everything to your computer?

Its a little small, but bloody hell If I am going to try and go through this and make it bigger.

If the picture is already at the correct size, and is hosted on the internet already. You would just paste the address of the picture there.

The second option is needed if you need to modify the picture or its original. In this case, we needed to shrink the picture because vBulliten couldn't.
