Good sized FB, plowed the way for Peterson. Might be worth looking at since we should be brining the FB spot back.

Felton would be a great addition. I doubt we'd have a shot at him if Peyton comes back. If he retires, Kubes loves to use the fullback a lot. With Peyton on the field, I think they compromise and give him one back sets and empty backfields on passing downs for the most part.

Part of me thinks Kubiak might try to convert Juwan Thompson to fullback.

Who did Kubiak use as a FB in Houston? I thought he used TEs.

I think it is possible as well but he may have to put on about 20lbs.

Not so easy to add 20lbs. Rick, then you also have to adjust to carrying that additional weight and be effective. Look what weight did to Von Miller, he had to shed it to get back to form.

As for Felton, he made 700,000 last season, he could easily be had for a mil a season IMHO.

Teams that want a FB can almost literally have their pick of the litter, there's no need to move Thompson imo.

FB Vonta Leach made the pro bowl for Houston in 2011.

Oh I agree, I personally would like to see him stay and compete as one of our thumping RBs and I think it would be easier to sign a ready to go FB.

It just wouldn't surprise me if they tried to move him, but he seems about 20LBS under weight for that move.
