Tom Dimitroff was with New England for six seasons before he was hired as Gm in Atlanta.

*The statements above are my opinions, unless they are links, because then they are links, which wouldn't make them my opinions, and I suppose stats aren't necessarily opinion, but they are certainly presented to support an opinion. Proceed accordingly.

This is okay because the Falcons have an artificial fan base.
I miss the old Mile High Stadium.

The Colts got caught doing this around 06 IIRC.

Falcons should take care of this in-house. Vacate all 2014 home wins. Move up to #5 in the draft.

The Falcons should be disciplined appropriately. Would've been a bigger deal had they done it in a conference championship game.

So, I guess the Pats should be let off the hook? Give me a ******* break.

Davii nailed it. They should be disciplined appropriately but it wasn't like it took place in a Conference Championship game. Lets also not pretend that rules are relative just because more than one instance of rule violations can be found.

They're not AT ALL closely related. There are all kinds of LEGAL competitive edges, and should be; a WR who runs a 4.3 40 playing against a CB who runs a 4.5 is a competitive edge, as is a 350 lb. NT going at a 290 lb. C. Cheating is any UNFAIR competitive edge, and that's the critical difference. Everyone has an equal opportunity to spend equal time in the weight room, running wind sprints, watching (legal) film, studying the playbook, etc. That's a literal level playing field: It's only UNFAIR (i.e. cheating) if someone takes advantage of an opportunity NO ONE ELSE has.

Everyone has the same opportunities to succeed and excel under the same universal rules, but if everyone ELSE is playing by the rules and one team isn't, that's an unfair competitive advantage: CHEATING.
Oh, valid point. I thought you meant all starters, you should take the time to be more descriptive, don't be shy. Jaded
