Interesting article, i never knew that Shanahan was under investigation for spying on Chargers practices. Guy makes some great points though, all this hoopla over the air up there takes away from what i perceive to be a pretty good SB matchup.

Yahoo was sued and forced to remove the story about Shanahan because the story was false. He was not investigated and there was no proof.

They got caught filming in front of 80,000 people. That's all you got. There is nothing else. There is no pattern

It's not like they got caught deferring millions and millions in salary, got severely penalized and then did the EXACT SAME THING a couple years later!
