64,000 seats? Please. Kroenke already released a plan to spend 100% private $$ in LA for 80,000 seat stadium, this is not a competitive proposal. Might lure another team looking to move though.

Yea the seat # doesnt really compare. The location is very nice thou. Riverfront. Alot of bars and sports themed locales there already.

however, i dont know if it will be enough to keep them.

The bottom line is, this L.A. proposal is not like its predecessors. It's the first led by a team owner, blowing up the league's long-held belief that juggling the task of running a team with managing such a project in the nation's second biggest city would be too big a burden. It's on the largest plot of land of any of the proposed L.A. sites. It's in a more desirable end of the region. It's to be privately funded by a man who can afford it.

Kroenke officially informs St. Louis government that the dome is on a year to year lease. Rams are headed back to LA...
