    Thanks! Wellington is a long process, including and not limited to squeezing all the liquid out of the mushrooms, but it is so worth it!

    Cook your turkey the day before and then just cover with foil. That way on Christmas day itself you can just slice it up and cover with gravy and foil and heat up in oven when your roast potatoes are cooking.
    I usually do for starter
    Melon Balls
    or Garlic breaded mushrooms
