Chances are they move the Pats game to the afternoon so we'll be playing at the same time

Probably, but one can hope, right?

How did Manning hurt his thigh? It couldn't have been on that block.

I think he said it was one of the passes before the block. Non contact injury, if I'm remembering right

Im sure Peyton will play. This Cincy game is a big game for the BRONCOS, and I see no reason they won't beat the Bengals. Let Manning rest for the Raiders game, and Osweiler can have his chance beating the Raiders.

Even if we beat the Bengals, I don't see Peyton sitting for Oakland. That would be nearly 20 days of not playing (Dec. 23 - Jan 10 or 11) which is way too long IMO. He'd play at least a quarter, if not a full half.

They might, or they may move it to prime time depending on how things shake out today and tomorrow.

Is that why there isn't any games slotted for next Sunday night?

I'm guessing Lions/Packers for the Sunday night game. Though if KC wins today, I could see Chiefs/Chargers in a zero sum game in that spot

After the early games, Falcons/Panthers looks like a good possibility

It has to be Falcons/Panthers. GB/DET and KC/SD affect other seedings and playoff spots, so they will want those at the same time as other games. ATL/CAR is guaranteed to only affect the 4 seed in the NFC, so that has to be the Sunday night game IMO.

Yeah, and I know they like those "only one team gets in" games as the Sunday nighter. Too bad it's between sub-.500 teams ...

Also of note to us was the question of whether the Pats game would be moved into the afternoon window on Sunday. Well, I saw this, and I guess it depends on us tonight:

    New England Patriots @Patriots · 2h 2 hours ago

#Patriots Schedule update: If Denver wins tonight, Sunday's Pats-Bills game will move to 4:25pm. If Cincinnati wins, game remains at 1pm.
So if we still have designs on the one seed, however unlikely, we'll have to play our starters since the Pats game will be on at the same time as ours.
