The funny thing is i thought it would be MSU upsetting Duke tonight but that ended up being a laugher.

    Great great game.

Have to hand it too Duke, i did not see them winning this year but when the tournament started they flipped a switch and defensively they were impressive. Wisconsin had a great run, nothing to hang their heads about. Both teams were equally deserving of being here tonight. Coach K showing why he's coach K.

Rick Pitino is a lying scumbag. Throwing his assistant under the bus. That's sad.

What are the cliff notes here? I read the headline, and it sounded like the same witch hunt that CU got crucified for years back - like, yeah, these are the only schools where recruits go to questionable parties.

I haven't read a lot on it, but you're basically right. Petino is throwing his assistant/associate, whoever he is, under the bus.

You don't approve of Pitino's actions or you don't approve of my opinion?

Please advise, as it directly impacts the manner in which I respond.

If they investigate and clear the coach, wouldn't it be about like Calipari? It's someone else's fault and the coach didn't know.

    Yes.

Pitino clearly knew. The head coaches always know. However this sort of thing is just business as usual. Collegiate sport corruption is systemic. I believe that getting mad at Pitino is almost fruitless.

It's the definition of lack of intitutional control.

He can't know everything going on. Look at Calipari. He's a great person. Some things just happen without your knowledge.
