I was starting to lose faith in the coaching staff last season, but I thought maybe I just had unrealistically high expectations. I mean, our team did go to the superbowl, so our coaching staff couldn't be THAT bad.
But no, this team is too talented to be playing at this level. The coaches need to go. I still think Fox is a good coach, but he isn't the right coach for this team. If we don't somehow turn things around and win the superbowl, then Fox needs to be fired. This team has no mental toughness, and that starts with the coaches. I'm done with Del Rio too, a secondary of Harris, Talib, Moore and Ward is really damn talented, then you add a pass rush of Ware and Miller? This defense should be better as well.
Coaching is at least as important as talent in the NFL, if not more. This team has all the talent in the world, they don't have the right coaching.
