It WOULD—if an ex-Patriot hadn't given the NFL tape of NE cheating in SIX DIFFERENT GAMES over THREE SEASONS. I can't think of many times NE was EVER a thorn in Denvers side before they let McDumbass come dismantle our offense and drag us into Spygate (a reminder how systemic NEs cheating was (is...?)) Before that we gave as good as or better than we got, and in the wake of it our 2011 team was always doomed, so we're basically talking about the 2012 beatdown in NE that STILL left us #1 AFC seed and last years huge comeback to win in OT before we paid them back when we were AGAIN the AFCs #1 seed. How have they hurt us? Apart from the thing forever tainting ALL their titles?
