Thread: Julius Thomas's 3 - Keys To The Game!

Heard this on ESPN Radio:

Julius Thomas has three keys for the game, and it sounds like he nails it totally:

#1. No turnovers. Broncos had 4 turnovers in the Super Bowl that turned the game into a rout. Nothing like that can happen if they are to have a chance this time.

#2. Get more time for Peyton. During the game Peyton was constantly harassed and hurried by just 4 Seattle DL. No blitzes. And Peyton never had time to throw deep on that defense.

#3. Keep an Even Keel. Don't get too high emotionally or too low too early in the game. Broncos came into the game and immediately got shocked by the fumbled snap. They never recovered emotionally and were never in the game. Keep it under control in the early going.

I have to agree with all of this as the keys. Sounds like the team has focused on some of the key short-comings in that game and are going to be ready!
