So basically we have a petition and the end result is nothing will be done about it?

So after watching the game tonight....I no longer think Phil Simms has something against Denver. I think he's just a moron. We as Denver fans just see it more because we're so often the marquee game and have to deal with his idiotic comments more.

There were idiotic comments from him both ways all game tonight. The worst one IMO is when a Seattle CB had a Denver receiver in a bear hug before the ball got there and he said something like "as a receiver you just have to play tougher than that". My reaction was WTF was he supposed to do?

He never has had anything against Denver. The entire petition thing is just goofy sensitivity.

I think, after watching this game, the petition and the complaints are even dumber than I initially thought.

The only reason you are saying that is because the petition scared simms into calling a more balanced game... :P
