Default This team would be scary.

If they played all 4 quarters. The Broncos just beat two playoff caliber teams by essentially playing the first half and mailing it away in the second. Yes, there have been some pretty bad penalties, but there also hasn't been any turnovers either.

I don't think we're looking as good this year as last year but there's a lot of season left. If we don't get better this year I still think we can get through the AFC and maybe even still have a chance to win the SuperBowl.

I don't consider the Chiefs a playoff team.

So in other words, pretty much like the LAST two seasons, and we all remember the final game of both (well, MOST of us do.) This team (or at least its coaches) scare me plenty.
Oh, valid point. I thought you meant all starters, you should take the time to be more descriptive, don't be shy. Jaded

Yes, these two wins weren't that impressive. We got to give the team some time though. Also, we can't expect Peyton to throw 55 TD's and just kill everyone.

Two weeks and Two second half fails. Winning by skin of teeth on a tired defensive stand on 4th down.

I don't know what the final game of our last two seasons has to do with this. The Super Bowl was a mauling - we didn't play one quarter in that game, let alone four. The Ravens game in 2012 was back and forth all day and ... well, we know how that ended. Those bore no similarity to these two games at all.

If your point is that we can't close out games the way we should, I agree. But we still got there playing this way. I think we can, should, and will do better. We shall see.

With better coaches...this team would be scary. Denver still has the same issues it had last year, nothing has changed.

I would have loved to have been in the suite with Elway today.

Division games are always tough though.

The entire offseason I was told how scary our defence was going to be.
    It's scary all right.
That third quarter made me scared for next week.
