    I would take Plummer over Dalton. There is no way of knowing how much being on such a dumpster fire like AZ hindered his development. When he got to Denver and under a good offensive coach, he suddenly blossomed. If he had had his whole career to develop in that kind of environment, the discussion about his career could be way different.

    Kind of strange you make that excuse for Jake yet if you took Dalton and surrounded him with players like Sharpe, Smith, Easy Mac, Portis, and Anderson let alone with a coach like Shanahan its hard to imagine Dalton not succeeding the same as Jake or even better. The best player that Dalton has is AJ Green and Lewis is a average at best HC.

    Plummer had Sharpe and Smith on the downside of their careers and he never played with Eddie Mac. And AJ Green is a better player than any of those guys were when they played with Plummer.
