    Default Denver Broncos' projected roster

    Examining the Denver Broncos' roster:

    Quarterbacks (3)

    Peyton Manning
    Brock Osweiler
    Zac Dysert

The Broncos carried three here last season and thought enough of Dysert to keep him despite a long list of injuries on defense that eventually saw five starters on injured reserve. It could be more difficult to use that third spot on Dysert again. The Broncos would like to, but it might be a luxury they can’t afford this time around, especially if they want a return specialist.

No C.J Anderson, I sincerely hope Legwold is wrong. No point in keeping Clay and Hillman, either/or.

I hope C.J. Anderson is gone. People would quit yapping about how great he is.

that's a bit strong for a 3rd string back -- what he do to you? besides not fumble and run hard with every opportunity he got.. which were not many.

Bolden is terrible. Just remember that if he was not hurt he would have been a 1st or 2nd rd pick at corner. What a waste that would have been. I don't like him as a 4th.
    The Plan at the moment:

Draft: Trade a 3rd and 6th this year to a team to move up and get a 2nd next year (this will happen).

    Players I want:
Jake Ferguson (Jake Butt) or Jelani Woods or Jeremy Ruckert or Cade Otten (owen daniels) at TE- All 4th rd or later.
Troy Anderson LB 3rd/4th rd (yay Timmy!)
Neil Farrell, JR DL- run stuffer- bye purcell

The comment is more directed at people yammering about how great he is than anything he's ever really done or not done...

I'd love to be wrong, here, but at this point he's nothing but a backup quarterback syndrome player, who the fans love because he hasn't played. There are a zillion of those players out there. I suppose if it's not Anderson, the fans will latch on to somebody.

That better not happen. I don't want Bolden and Hillman on this roster come opening day. Both were big mistakes two years ago. Should have taken Bernard Pierce instead of Hillman.

Because Bolden has had snaps at corner and safety, he's almost a lock to make the roster. We had Jammer playing significant snaps last year and if Bolden is even a half-serviceable player he should be on the team because of his ability to back up two positions along with his special teams value. Hillman will also be on the roster and if he is finally ready to hold onto the football, he could become the lightning to Ball's thunder. There is no question he is still more talented than the UDFAs behind him, so I just don't see him getting cut unless he has preseason fumbles.

I don't of anyone that said Anderson is the greatest thing since sliced bread but I liked what I saw and I think he has a good chance to make roster.

Nobody is saying CJ is amazing. Don't know where that came from. The smart fans just want to know there is someone halfway capable of carrying the rock, moving the pile and protecting our old fragile QB if Ball gets injured.

we had derek loville as a back up to TD.. no one mentions him ever but he was a good solid dependable back-up.. look at the what he did when TD got his ribs hurt during the second super bowl run.. CJ he doesn't have to be a super star just dependable..

I'm so glad the fan's are not aloud to play GM. those teams that do are usually in the toilet.
