I just got 2 tickets for Noel Gallagher in March in Glasgow.
Going to take my oldest - pretend it is a birthday present for her.
Oh Yeah!

The wife and i went to see King Diamond Monday night. Awesome show.
Went to Pearl Jam last night. Last stop of the tour and their 24th anniversary show. They played like a 3 hour set list. It was pretty ridiculous. Eddie was hammered by the end.
They played Lennon, Pink Floyd and The Who covers, which was pretty cool.
that sounds awesome - where was the venue?
Last Thursday I went to the band Blackhawk in Deadwood, SD. I've been a fan of these guys for a long time and have missed some other concerts they've had here recently. The opening band is The Outlaws. The joke is that it's really Blackhawk (a country band) playing as their own opening band (southern rock band). Both acts were really good actually and a very good concert overall.
I also want to point out they might have originated the 90's country mullet:
Stupidity is also a gift of God, but one mustn't misuse it. ---- Pope John Paul II
I miss Oasis, but Beady Eye and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds are pretty good. I just combine songs from each of their albums and pretend its a new Oasis CD. They need to tour together in 2015 for the anniversary of Morning Glory so I have an excuse to travel over there and see them!
Just got a text from a good friend. Going to Foo Fighters in KC next August.
